Server SV57 188.8.131.52 experienced massive DDOS attack. Data center null routed the server to protect network. The null route is expected to be lifted in 18 hours. Server 22.214.171.124 is down because of corrupted file system. The server cannot boot Windows. We are working to resolve the problem. This is a serious problem. Unfortunately there is no ETA when when the problem can be fixed. The server may need to have Windows re-installed and restore data from backup. Thank you for your patience.

Shared server SV2 Mail2 SV65 experiences outage since 9AM EST 25th November due to extremely slow IO on Raid Storage device. Upon investigation we find that one HDD on the Raid storage failed. We have emergency maintenance on SV8 because of hard disk failure. Entire /home partition suddenly becomes unreadable. We try to run disk check but there are too many errors that it is not possible to fix. The hard disk turns to read only mode shortly after restarting the server. As a result we have to transfer all websites to a different server. Transfer process takes longer time than...
