Cpanel Server SV63 experiences a brief outage due to Linux kernel hang issue. Service is back online after server is restarted. We will continue monitoring the server in the next 24 hours.




Singapore DC has network issue because of router problem

Servers at Singapore DC have intermittent access problem because router device has service fault. Issue is still ongoing and is currently being looked into. Network engineers are reviewing system logs and contacting the hardware vendor for guidance as to root cause and whether further remedial work is required.
