Cpanel run some update overnight and reset php on hosting accounts to native php (which is wrong php). If you see internal server error on website, please log in cpanel and configure new php suitable for your website (5.6 / 7.0 / 7.1 / 7.2). The tool in cpanel is called Select PHP version. Please open a support ticket if you need assistance.

We do not upgrade to latest 7.2 because 7.0 still supports some deprecated features that many legacy php scripts still rely on when PHP 7.2 completely stops supporting those deprecated features. Cpanel Server SV63 experiences a brief outage due to Linux kernel hang issue. Service is back online after server is restarted. We will continue monitoring the server in the next 24 hours.




Singapore DC has network issue because of router problem

Servers at Singapore DC have intermittent access problem because router device has service fault. Issue is still ongoing and is currently being looked into. Network engineers are reviewing system logs and contacting the hardware vendor for guidance as to root cause and whether further remedial work is required.
