Cpanel run some update overnight and reset php on hosting accounts to native php (which is wrong php).
If you see internal server error on website, please log in cpanel and configure new php suitable for your website (5.6 / 7.0 / 7.1 / 7.2). The tool in cpanel is called Select PHP version.
